Let's just get right to the point. About 3 1/2 years ago I met my beautiful wife. At that time I weighed about 215 lbs. At 6'4", 215 lbs was a perfect weight for me. Some people even said I was almost too slim. When my wife and I got married I weighed in at 230 lbs. About a year later when my amazing little angle was born I weighed about 245 lbs. In my mind I never thought I would weigh any more then this. I tried about a dozen different diets to loose weight. They all worked (loosing about 10 or 15 lbs), but I would gain the weight back right when I stopped the diet.
19 months after my daughter was born I now weigh 266.5 lbs. This is the most I have ever weighed. From the day my daughter was born I would always make jokes about my weight to lighten the situation. I gave myself the nickname Fatty Daddy. My wife hatted when I called myself Fatty Daddy, but it was my way of escaping the seriousness of my situation.
I created this blog for it to be my personal weight loss diary. This is my way of keeping myself accountable and to stay on track. I'm just an every day guy struggling to loose some weight. In no way shape for form do I claim to be a professional blogger.
Thank you in advance for your support!
You are right, I hate when you call yourself that because I think you are perfect. But I want you to be happy and healthy so I am supporting you in whatever you need. I love you amazing daddy!!!!
