BMI

My ultimate goal is to get back down to 215 - 220 lb.

My body mass index (BMI) at 266.5 lb. is 32.4 (Obese

At 215 lb. my BMI will be 26.2 (Overweight)

To get back into a "normal" weight according to the BMI calculator I will have to weigh 155 - 200 lb. The last time I weighed 200 lb. or less was in 6th grade...

It's a love hate relationship

Here are a few things that I use to eat ALL the time.
If either one of these were in the house I would eat them until they were ALL gone.
Me and SuMo have both agreed to NEVER buy these items again!

Dear Tillamook Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream,
It's been nice knowing you, but I have to let you go.

Your devoted friend,
M

Peanut butter M&M's. I will always love you.

Why Fatty Daddy?

Let's just get right to the point. About 3 1/2 years ago I met my beautiful wife. At that time I weighed about 215 lbs. At 6'4", 215 lbs was a perfect weight for me. Some people even said I was almost too slim. When my wife and I got married I weighed in at 230 lbs. About a year later when my amazing little angle was born I weighed about 245 lbs. In my mind I never thought I would weigh any more then this. I tried about a dozen different diets to loose weight. They all worked (loosing about 10 or 15 lbs), but I would gain the weight back right when I stopped the diet.

19 months after my daughter was born I now weigh 266.5 lbs. This is the most I have ever weighed. From the day my daughter was born I would always make jokes about my weight to lighten the situation. I gave myself the nickname Fatty Daddy. My wife hatted when I called myself Fatty Daddy, but it was my way of escaping the seriousness of my situation.

I created this blog for it to be my personal weight loss diary. This is my way of keeping myself accountable and to stay on track. I'm just an every day guy struggling to loose some weight. In no way shape for form do I claim to be a professional blogger.

Thank you in advance for your support!
